The warranty card is valid for "2 YEARS" from the date of purchased OR for the first '10pcs' of crystal only.
Warranty card is valid only for Brooch, Ring (selected) and BBM.

Product being damaged , altered or repaired by unauthorised person , neligence or accident.
Defect cause by the attack of fire, flood or natural disaster.

Repair Procedure:
The number of detached crystals is not fixed, as our repair team will inspect your item more thoroughly.
Replacement crystals will be based on the latest available colors only.
Pin replacement is available, with charges based on pin size, starting from RM2.
If you have a Warranty Card:
You may claim up to 10 detached crystals within 2 years.
After the 10 crystals have been fully claimed, or if the item exceeds the 2-year period, a 50% discount will be given on the total repair cost.
